We will accept deposits for labrador retriever puppies of any color or from specific parents in advance of breeding or birthing the litter. And we accept deposits on young litters not old enough to go to their new homes yet. If a puppy is 5 weeks or older at the time you contact us to purchase it, then payment in full would be due rather then a deposit.

Puppies are flown at 8 weeks and can be picked up by 7 weeks of age (as long as we feel the litter is mature enough to go to their new homes at that age)...otherwise we will keep them in the litter another week until 8 weeks of age.

Deposits are accepted from approved prospective clients that can provide loving homes for our puppies, and only to clients that are willing to include our lab puppy as part of their family.

We like to know a little about yourself, your family, your life and the home you will provide for our lab puppy, through a phone call or email, prior to deposits being sent to us.

We accept deposits in the form of personal checks for $250 (which goes toward the cost of your

puppy). We do not accept checks as a form of final payment.

**DOWN PAYMENT DEPOSITS...We require a $250 down payment deposit, which is a down payment... to be paid in order to hold a puppy picking spot for you which in turn is holding a puppy for you.

Labrador Retriever Puppies can be purchased with Limited or Full AKC registration.

Full registration costs extra from any litter; as is first and second picks from premium white litters.

We require all of our labrador retriever puppies to have their primary life purpose to be a family pet, or companion pet with either registration status chosen. If you purchase full AKC registration, for showing or breeding purposes, as a secondary life for your lab, the result of any of such actions are your responsibility totally, not ours, whether it be qualifying for AKC show, titling in show, or anything to do with the breeding or lack of breeding resulting from the lab you purchased.

If you decide to purchase Full AKC, you are purchasing the status of full AKC only.

We make no guarantees of any kind in regard to anything to do with AKC show, nor breed ability, viability, fertility, whether offspring are produced or not, and make no guarantee what so ever of any results of such breeding, or at any time in your labs lifetime.

When you choose Full AKC with your puppy purchase, you are purchasing the status of full AKC, which includes and only includes, the transfer of AKC paperwork of full AKC registration. We convey nothing more and nothing less, with the purchase of full AKC registration, should you choose to purchase that status.

Our Health Guarantee

Our puppies come with a health guarantee which will be in writing on your sales agreement/bill of sale that you will receive along with your puppy.

If you wish to read our puppy health guarantee in full detail, you may email us requesting it, and we will email it to you. The act of purchasing a puppy from us acknowledges acceptance and agreement to what is on our puppy health guarantee. If you are concerned about what is on it, please request a copy and read it prior to purchasing a puppy. Failure to do so, is your choice.

Full price puppies come with AKC registration papers, and immunization record. We will replace any full price puppy with a life taking genetic defect with a comparable puppy as soon as one is available.

IT WOULD BE A RARITY THAT WE WOULD NEED TO REPLACE A PUPPY, HOWEVER FLUKES OF NATURE CAN HAPPEN...IF THAT WERE TO BE THE CASE, WE WOULD BE HERE FOR YOU, AND STAND BEHIND OUR PUPPY. WE WILL DO WHAT OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE SAYS IT WILL DO, NOTHING MORE AND NOTHING LESS.

WE BREED ONLY PROVEN GENETICALLY SOUND BLOODLINES WITH CHAMPION LINEAGES IN OUR LABRADOR RETRIEVERS. THIS IS VERY TRUE FOR OUR DAMS AS WELL AS OUR SIRES. OUR DAMS AND SIRES ARE CHOSEN FOR THEIR SOUND GENETICS, GOOD HEALTH, WONDERFUL SPIRIT, HIGH INTELLIGENCE,
